Each of those worlds has shaped how Lillian works. She brings hospitality’s attention to people and experience, education’s understanding of organizations and systems, design’s ability to make ideas tangible, and the resourcefulness of an entrepreneur who knows how to build from the ground up.
Today, those experiences inform a portfolio career that allows Lillian to work across disciplines rather than choose between them. She is the founder of Be A Villager and continues to develop her own ventures while partnering with people and organizations on work she believes in.
Whether she’s joining at the first spark of an idea or somewhere in the messy middle, Lillian brings the perspective to see what’s possible and the experience to move it forward.
